Explanation

This error message indicates that the activations allowed by TEKLYNX for this license have been expended. During the activation process, TEKLYNX will attempt to contact a TEKLYNX activation server to verify an activation is allowed. If the TEKLYNX activation server responds that all the activations are exhausted, this error will be returned.

This applies to all TEKLYNX Brands including:

  • TEKLYNX CENTRAL
  • SENTINEL
  • LABEL ARCHIVE
  • CODESOFT
  • LABEL MATRIX
  • LABELVIEW
  • BACKTRACK

Solution

The TEKLYNX activation server must be updated to allow another activation. Contact EBI support for assistance to get this done. http://efficientbi.com/contact/
