This article explains how to resolve the TEKLYNX CENTRAL problem that prevents certain services from running.
Component(s) of TEKLYNX Central stopped working. When examined the Service in windows, one or more of the following services are NOT in the running state:
- TkxSvr Servers Service – Cannot log into to TC Main Page
- Label Archive Server – “Connection error” at login
- Label Print Manager – SENTINEL will fail to work
- LABELNET Host Common
- LABELNET .Sync
Problem with licensing could also cause SLicense and/or Tix Servers Service to stop.
There are variety of causes that can make one or more services stop. The two most common ones are:
- Licensing problem
- Service account login lacks permissions
- Drive C: out of space
Resolve issue that stopped the service and restart the service on the server.
