This Instruction Article explains how to remove the password protection for a label file using CODESOFT Enterprise.

Preparation

• Have CODESOFT Enterprise edition installed and licensed.
• Obtain the password for the label file.

Instructions

Step 1 – Open the label in CODESOFT

Step 2 – Enter the password when prompted

Step 3 – Open the label properties screen: File > Properties…

Step 4 – Select the Extended tab on the Properties window, and click on the Set document password button

Step 5 – Clear the Password and Confirmation fields and press OK

Step 6 – Save the label file
