Summary

If SENTINEL’s TC Preview responds too slowly, or not at all, it can cause TEKLYNX CENTRAL problems. One specific issue is the error message, “Failed to get label configuration” when attempting to add a label using the browser interface. This can be addressed by adjusting the time-out values in IIS (Internet Information Services)Manager.

Instructions

1. Navigate to /TCADMIN in the IIS Manager window.
2. Select Application Settings.

3. Change the SentinelOutputTimeout setting from 20000 to 60000, 80000 or 120000.
4. You may need to make similar changes to TKCENTRAL settings.
