“Unfortunately, the software could not be activated.” – TEKLYNX CENTRAL Error Message


This Error Message Article explains the TEKLYNX CENTRAL error message “[Unfortunately, the software could not be activated.  37.5013 – No remaining activations for this license. Call succeeded but web service returned an error (5013).” and details how to fix the underlying problem that caused it to appear.


This error message indicates that the activations allowed by TEKLYNX for this license have been expended. During the activation process, TEKLYNX CENTRAL will attempt to contact a TEKLYNX activation server to verify an activation is allowed. If the TEKLYNX activation server responds that all the activations are exhausted, this error will be returned.


The TEKLYNX activation server must be updated to allow another activation. Contact EBI support for assistance to get this done. http://efficientbi.com/contact/
