Explanation
There may be several reasons for the failure to import:
- Import was being attempted on a full working LABEL ARCHIVE Access database file (not an exported Access file) – Error Message Article #01626

- Importing from one version to another without upgrading the database first do the import and export in the same version – Error Message Article #01670
