Summary
This article will guide you through the steps needed for resetting a Honeywell CK65’s default scanner settings. This process reset the suffix value of a carriage return (enter) that needed to be added to all scans.
Preparation
You will need to have the CK65 mobile scanning computer with a charged battery
Instructions
- Restore the scanner to Default:
A. Swipe up on the main screen to view all apps
B. Open the Settings app near the bottom
C. Scroll and select Honeywell Settings (with the red icon)

D. Select Scanning
E. Select Internal Scanner
F. Select Default Profile

G. Click the three dots icon in the upper right corner.
H. Tap on Restore all defaults

- Set the Suffix value
A. While still in the same settings page, select Data Processing Settings.
B. Select Suffix
C. In the popup, type /x0D and press OK.

- Check to see if the problem has been resolved.
