This article explains how to resolve the BarTender issue that prevents printed labels from appearing in the reprint console.
Printed labels do not appear in the reprint console
This is most likely caused because the log is not set up.
To setup log:
- Open BarTender Designer
- Administer/Log Setup
- Check ‘Log To BarTender System Database’
- Make sure that ‘Print Job Information’ box is also checked
