CODESOFT cannot find UMSS server. There are two possible locations where this information is stored:

The error may indicate that the IP address is incorrect. They may happen when doing a manual or silent install. In that case, a failure to update one of these two causes the error messsage.
We have seen a case where the IP address was 127.0.0.1. This will likely fail. This address represents a ‘loopback’. It allows the computer to communicate with itself via network protocol. In this situation, unless it is a test installation, it is most likely, a miss-configuration of the software.
Check the IP address for accuracy. If incorrect, redirect to the correct location.
