This article explains the issues that cause labels to print off-center. In the solution section, the article provides recommendations on how to help the user get the expected results.
When printing a label, the label prints but is offset too far in horizontally or vertically. Labels are printing too far up and down and/or left and right.
The position of the label depends on several factors including how it is configured in the software, any offsets in the driver, and offsets set into the printer configuration.
If all labels appear out of alignment, the offsets should be adjusted and saved at the printer configuration level. Care should be taken to set the printer and/or software so that these settings are not overwritten by the software or drivers.
