Imported PDT Records Will Not Delete – BACKTRACK Problem

Symptoms

When performing a PDT data retrieval in BACKTRACK, old PDT records will prompt for user action. Regardless of what action the user takes (import or delete all), the old records will prompt again once the user performs another PDT data retrieval.

Explanation

Before the newest update to BACKTRACK (Version 5), it seems that BACKTRACK has a user interface to delete all old records from the PDT database, but sometimes does not complete the action.

Solution

A workaround for this is to go directly into the database and delete the old PDT records yourself. For instructions on directly deleting old PDT records, reference the article below.
