This article explains the BACKTRACK problem that causes items to be placed in random locations while restocking multiple items.
- User has multiple items to add or restock
- Upon finishing the transaction, user checks and notices that the items are added into random locations.
BACKTRACK will ask you for the location of the first item added/restocked but will not ask for locations for any additional items.
To remedy this problem, you will have to tell BACKTRACK where to add/restock the items using the ‘Target’ function.
