Possibly a problem with the browser interface plugin. There are many reasons why TEKLYNX CENTRAL plugin for the browser failed to run. Generally, it has to do with the settings within the Internet Explorer: security level settings, site being blocked, pop-up blocker, Advanced – enable third-party browser extensions,etc.).
The plugin needs to be installed. The user must have local admin privileges to install it.
Note: TEKLYNX CENTRAL plugin does not work on all browsers. Internet Explorer (Edge) is the preferred browser. It also works with Mozilla Firefox but not Chrome. This may change in future releases.
