In migrations from older versions of BACKTRACK (v6 or earlier) we often see duplicate records created for each Security Group in BACKTRACK.  This will trigger errors every time BT needs to access the User information.

After a successful installation of Teklynx Central 5.0 and application of PostReleaseFix_v2, the USERGROUPS and USERS tables each have only one record.
